About Nigel

Nigel has been a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor for the past 12 years. He is passionate about using his experience with manual therapy techniques to assist his clients in recovering quickly and reaching their peak performance potential. Each patient receives an integrated and tailored treatment plan addressing individual needs and goals.

In addition to yoga and massage, Nigel has a background in circus arts, rock climbing, and soccer. On weekends, you might find him at the spa or hiking up a mountain.
